You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device settings:
  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Drama Reel → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Drama Reel → Cancel Subscription
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Why is the video not playing or buffering?
If you're experiencing playback issues, try these steps:
  1. Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
  2. Close and reopen the app
  3. Clear the app cache in your device settings
  4. Update to the latest version of Drama Reel
  5. Try lowering the video quality in settings
